Football technical training at the Gredos San Diego venue
At this venue in Alcalá de Henares, boys and girls aged 5 to 17 train to improve their individual technique without leaving their club. Players keep competing with their team and spend one weekly 60-minute session here on what they need most. We work in groups of up to 10 players with 2 coaches, with individual feedback in every session.
What a session looks like
- Warm-up game linked to the day’s objective.
- Passing, body shape and control, the technical base.
- 1v1, 1v2 and 2v1 with dribbling and decision-making.
- Finishing on goal, varying the way of finishing.
Everything is mirrored, on the left and on the right, to develop both feet. You can read more about our methodology.

What are the Gredos San Diego venue’s training times?
Sundays 10:00–12:00. We’ll help you find the group that suits your child’s age.
Do I have to leave my club?
No. Our model is complementary: we don’t have teams or play in leagues, so technical training adds to what the player already does at their club.
